Process
Wood Working
The very first step of processing is to procure the suitable wood which is needed for Lamps and other wooden items. We mainly deal in mango (Mangifera indica) wood. Wood is processed for seasoning and chemical treatment. Turning and carving is done on wood.
Fabrication
Our fabricators do work on different types of Iron materials.
Finishing
Once fabrication work is completed, wood and iron structure is finished with coats of specialized paints and lacquer. Various types of varnishes are also used to give the final look to lamps and other items.
Wiring
Wiring is done by our trained staff. We are certified for UL, CE and AS-NZ. Finished items undergo strict quality control testing and packed after final approval.
